Princeton Farmers Market Series "Talk With Your Farmer" March 2, 2011 at PPL

The next evening in the Princeton Farmers Market series of "Talk With Your Farmer" will beon March 2nd at 7:30 in the community room of the Princeton Public Library at 55 Witherspoon Street.

    Aubrey Yarbrough of Stonehedge Farm will be speaking about why she, as a young beginning farmer, is choosing this challenging profession. What approach to farming is she practicing and what is her training? What vegetables and fruits will she be concentrating on bringing to the market? What advice does she have for other new farmers?

    Kelly Harding of Cherry Grove Farm will share his journey from working in a pig factory farm environment to his present beautiful 250 acre organic farm creating delicious raw milk cheeses from grass fed cows. His discovery of an alternative method to the mass approach of the agri-business of farming is a wonderful story.
