You will discover the joy of eating and making healthy protein packed grains, the richness of the green leafy vegetables and an array of cooking methods and preparations for fish. 
Please see the attachment for details.

We are offering 4 hands-on cooking classes offered on consecutive Thursday mornings from 9 am-12pm. The first class will be held March 31. The dates following are April 7, April 14 and April 21. 
In order to run the series of four classes, we require a total of 6 students to sign up for the series. Cost per student for all four classes will be $240 which covers four 3-hour classes, materials, and any leftovers.
 
In order to be eligible for the class, your payment in full is required by March 24. Please inquire for details on payment methods.
