MCCC Hospitality Club to Host Appearance by Cookie Chef Extraordinaire Chef Sara Moulton in Hamilton Square November 9, 2010

The Hospitality Club at Mercer County Community College invites the community to learn the secrets of cookie baking from the best. Chef Sara Moulton makes a benefit appearance for one night only on Tuesday, Nov. 9 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. The event takes place at the Stone Terrace by John Henry's, 2275Kuser Road in Hamilton Square, NJ.
 
Included in the ticket price is a copy of "The Gourmet Cookie Book," which Moulton will sign at the end of the evening. Moulton was the Executive Chef for Gourmet Magazine for 23 years - right up until its closing in October 2009. The book features the magazine's single best cookie recipe for every year from 1941-2009. Guests will have an opportunity to sample cookies from the book, baked and served by members of the MCCC Hospitality Club.

One of the hardest-working women in the food biz, Moulton has been juggling multiple jobs — as well as a full family life — for her entire career. Admired by millions as the host of Cooking Live, Cooking Live Primetime, and Sara’s Secrets, Sara was one of the Food Network’s defining personalities during the outlet’s first decade. In addition to her work on the Food Network, Sara was the Executive Chef of Gourmet Magazine for 23 years – right up until its closing in October 2009.
