elements’ Chef Scott Anderson to Participate in Chefs & Champagne 2011 Anderson Also Participating in Taste of the Nation® Princeton Event

elements’ Chef Scott Anderson has been invited to participate in The James Beard Foundation’s annual Chefs & Champagne 2011 event honoring Chef Emeril Lagasse on Saturday, July 23rd at the Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Sagaponack, New York. The exclusive event will feature more than 30 celebrated chefs showcasing their culinary creations alongside Wölffer Estate wines and Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte at the Wölffer Estate in the Hamptons.
 
In addition, elements and Chef Anderson will participate in tonight’s Taste of the Nation Princeton event. Raising critical funds in support of Share Our Strength's efforts to end childhood hunger in Mercer County, The Westin Hotel at The Forrestal Village in Princeton will host the event from 6pm-9pm.
